摘要
假体用于颏后缩或小颏畸形的纠正常可获得良好的临床效果。假体隆颏在临床应用中存在一些并发症,影响术后效果。术后形态不佳、移位、感染等常见并发症报道及研究较多,而对于术后骨吸收的现象,目前相关研究及报道较少。该文就假体隆颏术后骨吸收现象及其可能的机制等内容进行了综述。
Prostheses are often used to correct mental retraction or small mental deformity.But there are some complications of chin augmentation,which damage the postoperative effect.The common complications such as poor shape,displacement and infection after chin augmentation have been widely reported and studied in clinical practice.However,the phenomenon of bone resorbing after chin augmentation is rarely studied and reported.This article reviews the phenomenon of bone resorption and its possible etiology.
