摘要
以某石化公司一台汽水分离器按照TSG 21—2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》检验为实例,基于该设备的使用参数、失效模式、介质特点,分析了在接管与筒体角焊缝处检测出大量裂纹缺陷的原因。结果表明,该设备存在原始缺陷,接管部位存在较大的应力集中,在焊接残余应力、温差应力的作用下,加剧了接管部位裂纹缺陷的扩展。最终对缺陷进行了打磨修复,通过对缺陷的维修避免了因关键设备失效而造成全厂紧急停车的经济损失,并为优化检验方案及法规标准制修订提出了建议。
Taking a steam water separator of a petrochemical company as an example,the inspection is carried out according to TSG 21:2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel.Based on the service parameters,failure mode and medium characteristics of the equipment,the causes of a large number of cracks detected at the fillet weld between nozzle and cylinder are analyzed.The results showed that the equipment had original defects and a large stress concentration in the receiver part,which aggravated the expansion of crack defects in the receiver part under the action of welding residual stress and temperature difference stress.The defects were finally repaired by polishing and grinding,the economic loss of plant-wide emergency stop caused by the failure of key equipment was avoided by repairing the defects,and suggestions were made to optimize the inspection program and the regulation standard making and revision.
