APM线路不中断运营桥梁支座更换技术

摘要 目前,国内尚无APM(旅客自动运输)线路桥梁支座更换施工案例。地铁等钢轮钢轨城市轨道交通线路不中断运营桥梁支座更换技术较为成熟,但APM线路为胶轮导轨,其上部设施有其特殊性,不能完全采用地铁等的施工技术。以上海轨道交通浦江线为实际案例,分析了APM线路桥梁病害治理的难点,介绍了不中断运营情况下桥梁支座更换的施工技术。实测数据表明,该施工技术对APM线路上部轨旁等重要设施设备影响小,施工期间不影响线路正常运营。 At present,there is no bridge bearing replacement construction for APM(automated people mover)line in China.But the bridge bearing replacement technology of subway and other urban transit lines with steel wheel and rail for uninterrupted transportation is relatively mature.APM line is a rubber wheel guide rail,its upper facilities have some particularity,and cannot completely adopt the construction technologies of subway and other rail transit lines.Taking Shanghai Rail Transit Pujiang Line as an actual case,the difficulties of bridge disease treatment for APM line is analyzed,the construction technology of bridge bearing replacement for uninterrupted line operation is introduced.Measured data shows that this construction technology has little impact on the important facilities and equipment such as the trackside on the upper part of APM line,therefore the normal operation of APM line during the construction period will not be affected.
