摘要
为促进纸房勘查区西山窑组煤炭资源的开发利用,通过采样检测和对比进行了该区煤质指标的相关性分析,运用excel建立了运算模型。线性拟合结果表明:该区煤的挥发分与氢含量正相关,与碳含量负相关;干基高位发热量与灰分和挥发分负相关,与碳含量正相关;B5、B4、B1煤层煤的发热量与氢含量正相关,B3煤层煤的发热量与氢含量负相关;B5、B3、B1煤层煤的发热量与硫含量正相关,B4煤层煤的发热量与硫含量负相关;B4、B3煤层煤的发热量与氮含量正相关,B5、B1煤层煤的发热量与氮含量负相关;煤灰的流动温度随碱性氧化物总和的升高而降低。在该勘查区可以用相关系数较大的挥发分估算氢含量、灰分估算发热量、B5煤层煤的碳含量估算该层煤的发热量、煤灰碱性成分估算煤灰流动温度,简化分析。
In order to promote the development and utilization of coal resources of the Xishanyao formation in Zhifang exploration area,the correlation analysis of coal quality indexes in this area was carried out by means of sampling test and comparison,and operation model was established by using Excel.The linear fitting results showed that the volatile yield of coal in this area was positively correlated with hydrogen content and negatively correlated with carbon content;the high calorific value of dry basis was negatively correlated with ash yield and volatile yield,and positively correlated with carbon content;the calorific value of B5,B4 and B1 coal seam was positively correlated with hydrogen content,the calorific value of B3 coal seam was negatively correlated with hydrogen content,the calorific value of B5,B3 and B1 coal seam was positively correlated with sulfur content,and the calorific value of B4 coal seam was negatively correlated with sulfur content.The calorific value of B4 and B3 coal seam was positively correlated with the nitrogen content,while that of B5 and B1 coal seam was negatively correlated with the nitrogen content,and the flowing temperature of coal ash decreased with the increase of the total basic oxide.The hydrogen content in the exploration area could be estimated by the volatile matter with high correlation coefficient,the calorific value estimated by ash content,the calorific value of B5 coal seam calculated by its carbon content,and the flowing temperature of coal ash estimated by its alkalinity,to simplify the analysis.
