摘要
基于有效利用土地资源的目的,以山地城市为研究对象,采用经验值法确定因子指标,采用层次分析法确定土地开发适宜性评价指标权重,应用专家打分制进行打分,通过综合叠置分析得到山地城市土地开发适宜性评价结果,结果表明:交通因子、城镇因子对山地城市土地开发适宜性影响较大。
Based on the purpose of using land resources effectively,taking mountainous cities as the research object,using analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight,applying expert scoring system to score,through comprehensive overlay analysis,the suitability evaluation results of land development are obtained.The results show that elevation factors and traffic factors have a great impact on the suitability of land development in mountainous cities.
