摘要
目的:探讨趣味性健康教育对住院冠心病患者疾病认知水平及自我管理能力的影响。方法:将2019年1月1日~12月1日收治的38例住院冠心病患者作为对照组,实施常规健康教育;将2020年1月1日~12月1日收治的42例住院冠心病患者作为干预组,在对照组基础上实施趣味性健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组冠心病疾病认知水平、自我管理能力及生活质量[采用西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)]。结果:随访6个月,两组冠心病疾病认知水平、自我管理能力及SAQ评分均优于教育前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:趣味性健康教育有助于提高住院冠心病患者疾病认知水平,促进其提高自我管理能力,从而改善生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of interesting health education on the illness cognition level and self management ability in in-patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: During January 1,2019 to December 1,38 cases of in-patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were selected as the control group, the control group implemented routine health education.During January 1,2020 to December 1,42 cases of in-patients with coronary artery disease were selected as the intervention group, the intervention group on the basis of the control group implemented interesting health education.Both groups were followed up for 6 months, comparison was made between the two groups on coronary disease cognitive level, self-management ability and quality of life by Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores.Results: After follow-up for 6 months, the coronary heart disease illness cognition level, self-management ability and SAQ scores were better in both groups than those before education(P<0.05,P<0.01),and those in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Interesting health education can help to improve the level of illness cognition in in-patients with coronary heart disease, improve the self-management ability, thus improve their quality of life.
