摘要
为有效提高米糠、碎米的分离效率,设计一种振动与风选相结合的分离装置,通过EDEM-Fluent 耦合仿真,设计关于分离装置拱形隔板的高度、宽度的单因素仿真试验,得出分离装置的分离效率随着拱形隔板高度的增加而呈现较大幅度地提升;随着拱形隔板宽度的增加而呈现较小幅度的提升。通过设计二因素四水平正交试验,得出当拱形隔板高度为95 mm、宽度为110 mm时,分离装置分离率为82.66%、损失率为0。研究为分离机构创新设计提供理论和试验支撑。
In order to effectively improve the separation efficiency of rice bran and broken rice,a separation device combining vibration and air separation was designed.Through EDEM-Fluent coupling simulation,a single factor simulation test on the height and width of the arch diaphragm of the separation device was designed.It is concluded that the separation efficiency of the separation device shows a great improvement with the increase of the height of the arch diaphragm;With the increase of the width of arch diaphragm,it shows a small range of improvement.Through the design of two-factor four-level orthogonal test,it is concluded that when the arch diaphragm height is 95 mm and the width is 110 mm,the separation device has a separation rate of 82.66% and a loss rate of 0.The research provides theoretical and experimental support for the innovative design of separation mechanism.
