摘要
医院内冗长的就诊流线和排队时间,易产生聚集型接触,增加院感风险。提出应急模式下的开放式诊室优化设计,将医护区(洁)和病患区(污)之间的卫生通过空间置入诊室,采用柜台式隔离单元避免接触式感染,实现“一站式就诊”,提高医护工作舒适度,保护患者隐私,并可在突发疫情下为医患双方提供防护。
In the existing hospital, the long flowline and long queuing time increase the risk of nosocomial infection. In this paper, we propose an optimized design of open consultation room based on the emergency mode, trying to place the sanitary space between the medical and nursing area(clean zone) and the patient area(contaminated area) into the consultation room, using counter-type isolation units to avoid contact infection, so as to give a "one-stop solution". This transformation of existing consultation rooms is particularly suitable for the protection of both doctors and patients in the period of an epidemic.
