摘要
该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训临床文献研读会指南(2022年版)》(简称《临床文献研读会指南》)的发布背景与意义,分析在实施临床文献研读会实践环节中的主要问题。参照《临床文献研读会指南》的章节顺序,对临床文献研读会的目的、组织安排、准备、实施、评价及注意事项进行了详细的论述,帮助指导医师在深入理解《临床文献研读会指南》的基础上,有效地组织和实施这一教学活动,提升教学效果,达成教学目标。
This article introduces the background and significance of the publication of the Guideline for Clinical Literature Review Seminar in Standardized Residency Training( 2022 Edition), analyzes the main problems in the implementation of Clinical Literature Review Seminar. With reference to the chapter order, the purpose, organization, preparation, implementation, evaluation and precautions of the seminar are discussed in detail,helping the instructing physicians to deeply understand the guideline, and on this basis, to effectively organize and implement this teaching activity, improve the teaching effect, and achieve the teaching goal.
