摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理应用于甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫围术期的效果。方法选取医院2019年1月至2021年11月收治的甲状腺乳头状癌并行癌颈清扫术的患者78例,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。围术期,对照组行常规护理,观察组行快速康复外科护理。结果术后6 h及48 h,观察组患者疼痛症状的数字评分法(NRS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1,2,3 d,观察组患者的引流量明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的30.77%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理应用于甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫围术期,能有效减轻患者的疼痛感,减少术后引流量及降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the fast-track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of neck dissection of thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods A total of 78 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma underwent the neck dissection admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the lottery method,with 39 cases in each group.During the perioperative period,patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given the fast-track surgery nursing.Results At 6 h and 48 h after the operation,the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the first day,second day and third day after the operation,the perioperative drainage volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.69%,which was significantly lower than 30.77%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the fast-track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of neck dissection of thyroid papillary carcinoma can effectively reduce the pain and the postoperative drainage volume of patients,and it can also reduce the incidence of complications.
