摘要
目的探讨精准化管理用于慢性牙周炎护理的效果。方法选取医院牙周病科2020年1月至2022年1月收治的牙周炎患者80例,采用双色球法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者护理中实行常规管理,观察组患者护理中实行精准化管理。结果观察组患者的总依从性及总护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);管理后,观察组患者的牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者护理中应用精准化管理模式,可提高治疗依从性,改善牙周症状,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of precise management in the nursing of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontitis admitted to the periodontal department of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double color ball method,with 40 cases in each group.Routine management was implemented in the nursing of patients in the control group,and precise management was implemented in the nursing of patients in the observation group.Results The total compliance and total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the periodontal pocket depth(PD),gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI)of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precise management mode in the nursing of chronic periodontitis patients can improve the treatment compliance,the periodontal symptoms and the satisfaction of nursing.
