摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理用于颌面部骨折患者围术期护理的效果及其对患者生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法选择医院2018年1月至2020年6月收治的颌面部骨折患者66例,按双色球分组法将患者分为试验组与对照组,各33例。在围术期观察组患者给予无缝隙护理,对照组患者给予基础性护理。结果试验组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后心理状态评分、生活质量评分、疼痛评分均较术前显著改善,且试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理可减少颌面部骨折患者的术后并发症发生率,改善患者的心理状态、生活质量与疼痛程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing on perioperative nursing of patients with maxillofacial fracture and its effect on quality of life(QOL)score.Methods A total of 66 patients with maxillofacial fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group according to the double color ball grouping method,with 33 cases in each group.During the perioperative period,the patients in the observation group were given seamless nursing,while the patients in the control group were given basic nursing.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state score,QOL score and pain score in the two groups were significantly better than those before operation,and those in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with maxillofacial fracture and improve their psychological state,quality of life and pain.
