摘要
目的探讨发光二极管(LED)红光治疗仪联合抚纹霜治疗萎缩纹的临床效果。方法选取2020年4月至10月接受萎缩纹治疗的25例受试者,剔除7例因自身原因不愿接受治疗或无法保证治疗时间等其他原因导致的脱落者,最终纳入18例。所有受试者均在专业人员指导下接受CY-1002C型LED红光治疗仪照射治疗,并联用小分子肽抚纹霜,观察治疗效果,比较治疗前后萎缩纹的颜色、面积、凹凸感、弹性、紧致感评分,并分析年龄、疗程长短、胎次、分娩方式、使用过程中是否出汗对疗效的影响。结果2个统计周期后,基本治愈0例(0),显效7例(38.89%),有效9例(50.00%),无效2例(11.11%),治疗总有效16例(88.89%)。与治疗前比较,治疗后萎缩纹的颜色、面积、凹凸感、紧致感变化评分差异显著(t=5.50,3.29,4.89,2.92,P<0.01),弹性变化评分无显著差异(t=1.84,P=0.0827)。疗程为8周以上对疗效影响显著(t=-2.63,P=0.0184),年龄、胎次、分娩方式、使用过程中是否出汗对疗效的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。结论LED红光治疗仪联合抚纹霜治疗萎缩纹效果良好,可改善患者萎缩纹的颜色、面积、凹凸感、紧致感,且治疗时间越长,治疗效果越好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of light-emitting diode(LED)red light therapeutic instrument combined with skin care cream in the treatment of atrophic lines.Methods A total of 25 subjects who received atrophic stria treatment from April to October 2020 were selected,of which 7 subjects who were not willing to receive treatment for their own reasons or could not guarantee the treatment time and other reasons were excluded,and 18 subjects were finally included.All subjects received CY 1002C LED red light treatment and irradiation treatment under the guidance of professionals,and small molecule peptide skin cream was used in parallel to observe the treatment effect.The color,area,concavity and convexity,elasticity and tightness scores of atrophic lines before and after treatment were compared,and the effects of age,treatment duration,parity,delivery mode and whether sweating during use on the treatment effect were analyzed.Results After two statistical cycles,no subject was cured,7 cases(38.89%)were significantly effective,9 cases(50.00%)were effective,2 cases(11.11%)were ineffective,and 16 cases(88.89%)were effective.Compared with that before treatment,the scores of color,area,concavity and concavity of atrophic stria after treatment were significantly different(t=5.50,3.29,4.89,2.92,P<0.01),and the scores of elastic changes were not significantly different(t=1.84,P=0.0827).The course of treatment for more than 8 weeks had a significant effect on the curative effect(t=-2.63,P=0.0184),but the effects of age,parity,mode of delivery and whether sweating during use were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion LED red light therapy instrument combined with skin care cream has a good effect on atrophic lines,which can improve the color,area,concavity and firmness of atrophic lines,and the longer the treatment time,the better the curative effect.
