摘要
重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,rTMS)目前被批准用于治疗抑郁症、强迫症。其他精神疾病如精神分裂症、焦虑障碍、物质依赖等使用rTMS的研究也越来越多。本文基于江苏省临床实践,由江苏省精神科质量控制中心组织专家编撰江苏省精神科TMS治疗技术管理规范,供临床参考。
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is currently approved to treat depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder.More researches have been conducted on rTMS treating other mental diseases such as schizophrenia,anxiety disorder and substance dependence.This paper is mainly compiled by experts organized by Jiangsu Psychiatric Quality Control Center,and the technical management specification of TMS in Jiangsu Psychiatric Department is compiled for clinical reference.
