摘要
目的:分析健康教育联合延续性护理在门诊高血压患者中的应用效果及对用药依从性的影响。方法:筛选本院于2020年1月至2021年12月收治80例门诊高血压患者作为观察对象展开分析,依据护理干预不同将纳入患者分组,单组例数40例,组别设置对比组、研究组,分别施以常规护理、健康教育联合延续性护理,观察评估血压水平、用药依从性、中医症候积分以及生活质量。结果:干预后,研究组血压水平均较对比组更低(P<0.05)。研究组总用药依从率95.00%明显较对比组77.50%更高(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组主症、次症积分均较对比组更低(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组GQOL-74问卷4个维度评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论:将健康教育联合延续性护理应用于门诊高血压患者护理工作中,对血压水平、用药依从性、中医症候积分以及生活质量等均可起到积极影响。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education combined with continuous nursing in outpatients with hypertension and its influence on medication compliance.Methods:80 outpatients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing interventions,with 40 patients in each group.Routine nursing was given to control group,and health education combined with continuous nursing was given to study group.The blood pressure level,medication compliance and TCM symptom score and quality of life were observed and evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the blood pressure level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of 95.00% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of main and secondary symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of four dimensions of GQOL-74 questionnaire in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion:The application of health education combined with continuous nursing in the nursing of outpa-tients with hypertension can have a positive impact on blood pressure level,medication compliance,TCM symptom score and quality of life.
