摘要
刀具合理布置和降低磨损对盾构在复合地层中的掘进速度和安全非常重要。本文依托南京地铁某复合地层区间工程,结合工程地质特点介绍了盾构、刀盘选型和刀具布置,并对盾构历次换刀磨损统计分析,研究滚刀磨损规律。结果表明,盾构在上软下硬地层中平均掘进速度为5m/d,达到预期目标,证明刀具布置基本符合本区间工程地质情况。对比不同类型滚刀的平均磨损量,边缘滚刀磨损量最大,中心滚刀最小,辐条滚刀安装半径越大,磨损量越大。此外,随地层的强度增大,边缘滚刀和辐条滚刀平均每米磨损量呈现增长的趋势,且左线辐条滚刀增长趋势快。
In composite strata,reasonable arrangement of cutting cutters and reducing wear are very important to shield tunneling speed and safety.Based a composite stratum section project of Nanjing Metro,combined with the engineering geological characteristics,this paper introduces the shield,cutter head selection and cutter arrangement,and makes statistical analysis on the cutter wear of the shield and studies the hob cutter wear law.The results show that the average tunneling speed of the shield in hard-soft heterogeneous ground is 5 m/d,which reaches the expected tunneling target,and verifies that the cutter arrangement basically conforms to the engineering geological conditions of this section;Comparing the average wear amount of different types of hob cutters,the wear of edge hob cutter is the largest,the center hob cutter is the smallest,and the larger the installation radius of spoke hob,the greater the wear;With the increase of the strength of the ground layer,the average wear per linear meter of the edge and spoke hob cutters shows an increasing trend,and the growth trend of the left spoke hob cutter is the fastest.
