摘要 改革开放以来,我国工程建设进入发展的快车道,现存大量的既有建筑物出现明显的耐久性问题。本文以福建省福州市某食品生产车间为例,对建筑物设计依据的结构荷载、抗震设计、地基基础、混凝土结构规范和现行规范进行对比发现,20世纪90年代的建筑物设计在荷载水平、抗震设防、构造措施上均有不足,耐久性有明显损失,部分已经涉及结构损伤。因此,在使用过程中需要定期观察建筑物结构变形情况,及时跟踪,必要时委托单位要进行结构检测、加固或者拆除。 Since the reform and opening-up,Engineering construction has entered the development of fast lanes in China.There are obvious durability problems in a large number of existing buildings.Taking a food production workshop in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province as an example,this paper compares the codes of structural load,seismic design,foundation,concrete structure based on the design of buildings with the current codes.The design of buildings in the 1990s is insufficient in terms of load level,seismic fortification and structural measures.The durability is obviously damaged.Some of them had already involved structural damage.It is necessary to observe the deformation of the building structure regularly,track it in time during use,and entrust the unit to carry out structural detection,reinforcement or demolition if emergency.
