中学体育课堂提质增效的路径寻绎--以TABATA训练模式为例

摘要 学校体育的核心阵地是体育课堂,把握好体育课堂是做好学校体育工作的基础。传统体育课堂中的学练模式已经不能完全满足学生对新时代体育课堂的期望。通过对风靡世界的TABATA训练进行研究,提炼出TABATA训练模式中的“音乐”、“强度”、“动作”、“场地”和“传播”等5大要素,并提出促进中学体育课堂提质增效的路径是需要综合妙用5大要素。具体来讲,就是用好“音乐要素”这把“盐”,把体育课堂变得有滋味;把握好“强度要素”这支“魂”,强健学生的体魄;孕育好“动作要素”的根“基”,美化学生的身心;烹饪好“场地要素”这把“米”,能让学生吃得好;编织好“传播要素”这张“网”,把体育课堂延伸到堂外。这是突破当下中学体育课堂现实质量困境,为中学体育课堂提质增效进行路径寻绎的一个有益探索。 The core position of school physical education is the physical education classroom, and a good grasp of the PE classroom is the basis for doing a good job in school physical education. The learning and practicing mode in the traditional physical education classroom can no longer fully meet the students’ expectations for the physical education classroom in the new era. Through the research on the popular TABATA training in the world, five major elements of "music", "intensity", "action", "field" and "communication" in the TABATA training mode are extracted, and it is proposed that the path to improve the quality and efficiency of middle school physical education classrooms requires a comprehensive and magical use of the 5 major elements. Specifically, it is to use the "salt" of the "music element" to make the physical education classroom tasteful;to grasp the "soul" of the "strength element" to strengthen students’ physical fitness. The "soul" of the "strength element" can strengthen students’ body;the "foundation" of the "action element" can beautify students’ body and mind;the "rice" of the "field element" can make students’ body and mind better. The "rice" can make students eat well;weave the "net" of "communication elements" to extend the physical education classroom to outside the hall. This is an exploration to solve the real quality dilemma of secondary school physical education classroom and to find the path to improve the quality and efficiency of secondary school physical education classroom.
