摘要
贵金属(Ru,Rh,Pd等)配合物催化的醇类化合物脱氢偶联反应是构建C—C和C—N键的重要方法之一.由于贵金属价格昂贵且十分稀有,因此发展基于廉价过渡金属配合物催化的醇类化合物脱氢偶联反应具有重要研究意义.金属锰(Mn)在地壳中分布广泛,其丰度排在过渡金属中的第3位.近年来,锰配合物在催化醇类化合物的脱氢偶联反应方面取得了重要进展.综述了近年来锰配合物催化醇类化合物的C—C和C—N偶联反应,介绍了典型的反应机理,并对其研究前景进行了展望.
The dehydrogenative coupling reaction of alcohol compounds catalyzed by precious metal(Ru,Rh,Pd,etc)complexes is one of the important methods to construct C—C and C—N bonds.Since the above precious metals arc expensive and rare,the development of dehydrogenative coupling of reactions of alcohol compounds catalyzed by inexpensive transition metal compounds is significantly important.Manga-nese(Mn)is widely distributed in the earth/s crust,with the third abundance among the transition metals.In recent years,the dehydrogenative coupling reaction of alcohol compounds catalyzed by manganese complexes has achieved important progress.This work reviewed C—C and C—N coupling reactions of alcohol compounds catalyzed by manganese complexes in recent ycars.The representative reaction mechanisms were introduced and the research prospet was also prospected.
