摘要
统筹推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化,是新时代党的民族宣传工作开创新局面的必然要求。为解决新形势下铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育工作面临的困难,应坚持党的领导与社会动员相结合、突出共同性与包容差异性相结合、全面覆盖与重点突破相结合、线下宣传与线上推广相结合的原则,通过开展常规性理论宣讲、注重日常性情感引导、强化生活中文化熏陶和发挥持久性榜样示范,系统推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化。还应构建管理机制、协同机制、队伍机制、评价机制和激励机制,形成铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化的机制保障。
It is an inevitable requirement for the ethnic publicity work to promote the normalization of publicity education on consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. In order to cope with the dilemma of ethnic publicity work, we should adhere to the principles of combining the Party’s leadership with social mobilization, commonality with differences, comprehensive coverage with key breakthroughs, and offline publicity and online promotion. By way of carrying out regular theoretical propaganda, attaching importance to daily emotional guidance, strengthening cultural edification in daily life and giving full play to the demonstration of models, it can systematically promote the normalization of publicity education on consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. Mechanisms such as management mechanism, coordination mechanism, team mechanism, evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism should also be built to form the guarantee for the normalization of publicity education on consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
