摘要
围绕意大利学者将体验经济模式与博物馆实践相结合的博物馆体验式管理“五步模式”理念,通过“五步模式”在博物馆管理过程中的测试研究,提出从体验式管理“五步模式”的研究实践中借鉴适合的管理经验和运营策略,打造以观众体验为核心的高质量、生动有趣的博物馆体验,更好地满足公众对公共文化产品多元化、个性化的需求,促进公共文化服务水平的进一步提升。
Italian scholars combine experience economy model with museum practice and put forward five-step mode"of museum experiential management.The emphasis on positive,memorable experiences and efficient service is fundamental to the museum’s strategic goals.The"five-step mode"can help museums quickly find the weak links in operation and management,promote the interaction and integration between museums and audiences.But it has yet to be tested in more museums and cultural institutions,and provide important reference for museum experience research.In the context of the flourishing development of museums in China,we can learn from management experience.While improving the public cultural service system,museums can also fully release their vitality and vitality.Create social value,cultural value and economic value,truly into the overall situation of economic and social development.
