民用飞机火灾应急处置现状及发展趋势 被引量:2

摘要 在分析飞机发动机、油箱、货舱、客舱等不同部位火灾特点以及扑救特点的基础上,梳理机场、空管及航空公司在应急处置过程中的各自分工,总结飞机着火情况下应急处置面临的挑战,并提出飞机火灾应急处置的未来发展趋势。分析表明:由于民用飞机火灾的复杂性和管理方式的特殊性,相关部门应急处置的协作能力应满足更高的要求;未来需积极开发和应用新技术,提升信息传递的准确性和效率、预案的科学性、演练的实效性,开发更为有效的人机协同处置技术,力争实现高端智能救援装备的自主可控。 Based on the analysis of the different fire characteristics and fire-fighting features of aircraft engines, fuel tanks, cargo holds, and passenger cabins, this paper organizes the division of labor among airports, air traffic control, and airlines in the process of emergency response, summarizes the challenges faced in emergency response to aircraft fires and proposes the future development trend of emergency response to aircraft fires. The analysis shows that due to the complexity of civil aircraft fires and the special management system, the emergency response collaboration capability of relevant departments should meet higher requirements. In the future, new technologies need to be actively developed and applied to improve information transfer accuracy and efficiency, scientific advance planning, and effective rehearsal. And develop more effective human-machine collaborative disposal technology, to achieve independent control in high-end intelligent rescue equipment.
