摘要
针对现代化军队中合成旅装备维修保障能力难以量化、保障信息掌握不准的问题,首先通过深入研究合成旅维修保障的管理方法及影响装备维修保障的因素,建立基于合成旅装备维修体系的效能评估体系。其次使用大数据技术手段采集数据,并用层次分析法(AHP)确定各影响因子的权重,最后通过模糊综合评价法对合成旅的维修保障能力做出评价,掌握装备维修保障能力弱项,为下一步改进保障机制提供有价值的参考。
In view of the problems such as the difficulty of quantifying the equipment maintenance and support capabilities of the synthetic brigade in the modern army and the inaccurate grasp of the situation,the concept and method of the synthetic brigade maintenance support are deeply analyzed,the factors affecting the equipment maintenance support are studied,the relationship between the factors is comprehensively analyzed,and the efficiency evaluation mechanism based on the synthetic brigade equipment maintenance system is established.And the big data is used to collect and analyze data,the analytic hierarchy(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each impact factor,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the maintenance and support capabilities of the synthetic brigade,grasp the weaknesses of equipment maintenance support capabilities,and lay a solid foundation for the next step of improving the support system.
