摘要
基于TRIZ理论中的系统组件分析和功能分析对传统热抽滤装置存在问题进行了分析。通过因果链分析法、九屏幕分析法等找出了热过滤装置的根本问题。利用物场模型分析、技术矛盾分析、物理矛盾分析和最理想解找到了最优解决方案。设计出一种具有恒温功能热抽滤装置,为该领域的实验装置创新设计提供了理论工具。
Through the system component method,functional analysis in the TRIZ therories,the traditional hot suction filtration device was analyzed.And through the causal chain method,nine-screen method,the basic problems of the traditional hot suction filtration device were found out.The innovative schemes were obtained with such tools as physical conflict theory,technical contradiction theory,object-field model,and ideal solution of TRIZ theory.A novel hot suction filtration device with constant temperature was designed.This provided a theoretical tool for innovative design of experiment equipment device.
