摘要
介绍了使用中频感应电炉生产灰铸铁制动盘出现的氮气孔缺陷位置和缺陷外观,借助扫描电镜、金相显微镜以及氮氧分析仪分析缺陷的显微形貌及内部成分,最后指出:解决氮气孔缺陷的有效措施为:(1)搭配使用不同氮含量的增碳剂,从根源上减少铁液中的氮含量,进而减少浇注铁液凝固过程中氮气的析出量,达到消除氮气孔的目的;(2)利用生铁中的钛中和铁液中的氮,形成钛的氮化物,达到固氮的目的;(3)结合模拟分析软件,观察铁液卷气情况,卷气预测结果对工艺设计具有很好的指导作用,能够为降低生产过程出现氮气孔缺陷的风险奠定基础。
An introduction was given to the defect position and appearance of the gray iron brake disc produced by using medium frequency induction furnace.The micro-morphology and internal compositions were analyzed by using SEM,metallu-rgical scope and nitrogen and oxygen analyzer.Finally pointed out the effective measures to eliminate nitrogen blowhole defect were:(1)Using together carburants having different nitrogen contents to reduce the nitrogen content of iron liquid from the origin,thus to reduce the amount of nitrogen precipitation during the solidification process of poured iron liquid to achieve the purpose of eliminating nitrogen blowhole.(2)Using titanium in pig iron to neutralize nitrogen in iron liquid to form titanium nitride to achieve the purpose of nitrogen fixation.(3)Combined with the simulation analysis software to observe the iron liquid involving gas situation,the gas involving forecast had a very good guiding role in the casting method design,could lay foundation to reduce the nitrogen blowhole risk.
