摘要
目的探讨以护士为主导的多学科协同护理模式对新生儿肺炎的影响。方法选择2020年3月—2022年3月邹城市人民医院收治的新生儿肺炎患儿96例,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例;比较两组干预后的临床症状改善情况。比较两组干预前和干预后的肺功能、心率(heart rate,HR)、呼吸频次(respiratory frequency,RF)、血氧饱和度(blood oxygen saturation,SpO_(2))指标及患儿智力指数、心理运动指数情况。结果干预后,观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、哮喘消失时间、气促缓解时间、体温恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一秒用力肺活量(forced vital capacity in the first second,FEV)、功能残气量(functional residual capacity,FRC)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼气峰流速值(peak expiratory flow rate,PEFR)、1秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HR、RF低于对照组,而SpO高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组智力指数评分、心理运动评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协同优质护理模式,可加快新生儿肺炎患儿临床症状恢复,并能对患儿的智能发育起到积极作用。
Objective To explore the influence of nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative on neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 neonates with pneumonia admitted to Zoucheng People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases each.The improvement of clinical symptoms after intervention was compared between the two groups.The pulmonary function,heart rate(HR),respiratory frequency(RF),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),intelligence index and psychomotor index of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the time of cough disappearance,asthma disappearance,dyspnea relief and temperature recovery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.;After intervention,the indexes of forced vital capacity in the first second(FEV)and functional residual capacity(FRC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).HR and RF indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while SpOindexes were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of intelligence index and psychomotor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative and high-quality nursing model can accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms of neonates with pneumonia and play a positive role in the intellectual development of neonates.
