摘要
目的比较三个标准方法中用高效液相色谱法测定碳酸钙D_(3)片中维生素D_(3)含量的优劣.方法分别按照三个标准的前处理方法处理碳酸钙D_(3)片,分离维生素D_(3),采用三种高效液相色谱方法测定维生素D_(3)的含量,评价这三种方法的优劣.结果三种方法测定的碳酸钙D_(3)片中维生素D_(3)的含量分别为108.6%、102.3%、103.5%.结论三种方法的测定结果均满足对碳酸钙D_(3)片中维生素D_(3)测定的前处理要求,其中皂化法的前处理步骤最方便快捷,使用的有机试剂量最少,配合使用在线固相萃取-二维液相色谱方法测定含量更稳定高效,此方法更适用于碳酸钙D_(3)片中维生素D_(3)含量的测定.
Objective Three standard methods for the determination of vitamin D_(3)in calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography)were compared.Methods Calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets were treated with three standard pretreatment methods,and vitamin D_(3)was separated.The content of vitamin D_(3)was determined by three kinds of HPLC,and the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods were evaluated.Results The content of vitamin D_(3)in calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets determined by the three methods is 108.6 percent,102.3 percent,103.5 percent.Conclusion The determination results of the three methods all met the pre-treatment requirements for the determination of vitamin D_(3)in calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets.Among them,the pre-treatment steps insaponification method were the most convenient and the organic trial dose used was the least.Online solid phase extraction combined with two-dimensional liquid chromatography method is more stable and efficient,this method is more suitable for the determination of vitamin D_(3)in calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets.
