摘要
目的此研究拟考察在用于肺段切除术创面覆盖S100吸收性止血绫对减少术后肺漏气发生的有效性及安全性.方法选取2018年1月-2020年12月成都中医药大学附属医院实施肺段切除术的肺小结节和早期肺癌患者共67例.根据术中肺部创面处理方式分为对照组和观察组.对照组(32例)使用可吸收止血微球+可吸收止血纱布覆盖,观察组(35例)使用可吸收止血微球+S100吸收性止血绫双层覆盖.分析S100吸收性止血绫对于预防肺段切除术后肺漏气的有效性,比较两组术后漏气发生率,拔管时间及住院时间.结果观察组与对照组的术后漏气发生率(P=0.382)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的术后拔管时间(P=0.017),术后住院时间(P=0.014)较对照组显著减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将S100吸收性止血绫(双层贴敷)覆盖于肺段切除术创面可以有效减少肺段切除术后肺漏气持续时间,有利于患者术后的快速康复.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of S100 absorbent hemostatic silk covering the wound surface of segmental pneumonectomy in reducing postoperative pulmonary leakage.Methods A total of 67 patients with pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer who underwent segmental resection in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.According to the treatment of pulmonary wound during operation,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group(32 cases)was covered with absorbable hemostatic microspheres+absorbable hemostatic gauze,and the observation group(35 cases)was covered with absorbable hemostatic microspheres+S100 absorbent hemostatic silk.To analyze the effectiveness of S100 absorbent hemostatic Ling in preventing pulmonary leakage after segmental pneumonectomy,and compare the incidence of postoperative air leakage,extubation time and hospital stay between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative air leakage between the observation group and the control group(P=0.382)(P>0.05);the postoperative extubation time(P=0.017)and postoperative hospital stay(P=0.014)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Covering the wound of segmental pneumonectomy with S100 absorbent hemostatic silk can effectively reduce the duration of pulmonary air leakage after segmental pneumonectomy,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.
