摘要
乡村振兴的关键在于产业兴旺,曲靖市作为农业大市,有大量中小规模的新型农业经营主体在发展过程中面临不同程度的融资困境,制约了其规模化和集约化发展,需要突破融资瓶颈。基于农业供应链融资模式的理论,针对曲靖市农业新型经营主体的融资需求,分别从上游农产品供应商融资、下游农产品采购商融资和库存融资三个方面探讨了可行的农业供应链融资策略,并从金融科技的助力升级、融资平台的建设和融资市场的规范化三个方面提出促进曲靖市发展农业供应链融资的建议。
The key to rural revitalization lies in industrial prosperity.As a large agricultural city,Qujing City has a large number of small and medium-sized new agricultural business entities facing different degrees of financing difficulties in the development process,which restricts their scale and intensive development and needs to break through the financing bottleneck.Based on the theory of agricultural supply chain financing model,the feasible agricultural supply chain financing strategies are discussed in three aspects:upstream agricultural product supplier financing,downstream agricultural product purchaser financing and inventory financing,respectively,and the three aspects of promoting the development of agricultural supply chain financing in Qujing City are proposed in terms of financial technology to help upgrade,construction of financing platform and standardization of financing market.The suggestions of agricultural supply chain financing in Qujing City are proposed in three aspects:financial technology to help upgrade,construction of financing platform and standardization of financing market.
