摘要
目的 探究美托洛尔+曲美他嗪在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的效果研究。方法 以2020年1月至2021年3月抽取的72例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为分析对象,依照1∶1形式设置两组各36例,前者给予美托洛尔,观察组在前者基础上增加曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者治疗后心功能及治疗效果。结果 实施不同治疗方案后,观察组患者LVEF高于对照组,LVESD以及LVEDD低于对照组,数据显示均P<0.05,对照组治疗效果比观察组低,组间分析差距有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于冠心病心力衰竭患者给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪药物治疗,效果理想,且对心功能起到改善作用,利于患者康复,值得采纳。
Objective To explore the effect of metoprolol+trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected from January 2020 to March 2021 as the analysis object.Two groups of 36 patients were set up in a 1∶1 format.The former was given metoprolol, and the observation group was increased on the basis of the former.In trimetazidine treatment, the cardiac function and therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results After implementing different treatments, the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than the control group.The data showed that both P<0.05.The treatment effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group.The analysis gap between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine drug treatment for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure has an ideal effect and can improve heart function, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients and is worthy of adoption.
