摘要
目的通过meta分析探讨糖尿病患者中糖尿病足的患病率。方法计算机检索万方、CNKI、VIP、EBSCOhost、CBM、PubMed、Cochrane Library等数据库,并手工检索有关糖尿病患者并发糖尿病足的横断面研究文献,检索时限均为2001年12月至2021年12月。由两名文献评价者根据纳入、排除标准独立选择文献、提取资料、评价质量,并采用CMA 3.0软件进行meta分析。用随机效应模型计算合并患病率及95%CI,采用敏感度分析结果的稳定性,并用漏斗图、Egger s检验、Begg s检验来评估文献的发表偏倚。结果共纳入15篇文献,随机效应模型结果显示,糖尿病患者中糖尿病足总患病率为10.6%,其中非洲、欧美、亚洲国家糖尿病患者中糖尿病足患病率分别为:11.2%(95%CI:0.048~0.243)、11.9%(95%CI:0.032~0.355)、9.2%(95%CI:0.033~0.231)。结论糖尿病患者中糖尿病足总患病率为10.6%,其中欧美国家患病率最高(11.9%),亚洲国家患病率最低(9.2%),可为糖尿病患者人群中患糖尿病足的风险评估及防控策略提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetic foot in diabetic patients by meta-analysis.Methods Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,EBSCOhost,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library and other databases were searched to collect cross-sectional studies on diabetic foot in diabetic patients from December 2001 to December 2021.Two reviewers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data and assessed quality.The meta-analysis was performed by CMA 3.0 software.The combined prevalence and 95%confidence interval(CI)were analyzed by random effects model,with stability analyzed by sensitivity.Moreover,the funnel plot,Egger s test and Begg s test were used to assess the publication bias of articles.Results A total of 15 articles were included,and the results of the random effects model showed that the overall prevalence of diabetic foot in diabetic patients was 10.6%,among which,the prevalence of diabetic foot in diabetic patients in Africa,Europe and America,and Asia were 11.2%(95%CI:0.0480.243),11.9%(95%CI:0.0320.355),and 9.2%(95%CI:0.0330.231),respectively.Conclusion The overall prevalence of diabetic foot in diabetic patients is 10.6%,with the highest prevalence in Europe and America(11.9%)and the lowest prevalence in Asia(9.2%),which can provide a scientific basis for risk assessment and prevention strategies for diabetic foot in diabetic patients.
