基于运行工况模拟的风电场理论发电能力评估方法

The Estimate Method of Generating Capacity of Wind Electrification Theory Based on Operation Working Condition Simulation

摘要 本文提出一种以风电场实际发电运行工况为基础,通过量化了场内故障、场内检修停电、风机不良工况、电调峰受阻等因素影响,采用分项建模模拟方式,构建了风电场发电利用小时数的精细化分析模型,并给出了风电场发电利用小时数精细化计算框架。 The paper proposes on the basic of actual genertating operation condition of wind electrification,by quantizing yard fault,yard service power cut,non-working condition of the fan and electrically tunable hindered factor etc.Adopt subitem modeling simulated way,structare a fine analysis model of the wind electrification field by hourly number and give out a fine computing frame of the wind electrification field by hourly number.
