摘要
共同富裕作为社会主义的本质要求、中国式现代化的重要特征,已成为社会各界热议的话题,也是当下马克思主义理论、哲学、经济学、法学等多学科共同关注和研究的重要理论和实践问题之一。把握好共同富裕的内涵与实质,需要基于科学社会主义理论发展历程的视阈,疏理与条陈共同富裕提出和发展的源与流;阐释好共同富裕实现的目标性与过程性的统一,需要坚持实事求是的原则,基于我国经济发展不平衡、城乡收入差距以及已达基尼系数警戒线的客观实情,充分认识跨越“中等收入陷阱”的风险挑战;构建好共同富裕实现的关键路径,需要确立劳动、资本、权力的伦理限度,形成提升劳动收益、遏制资本掠夺、钳制权力扩张的三维协同框架。
As an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization,common prosperity has become a hot topic of discussion in all sectors of society,and is one of the important theoretical and practical issues that Marxist theory,philosophy,economics,law and other disciplines are now paying attention to and studying.To grasp the connotation and essence of common prosperity,it is necessary to sort out the origin and course of the advancement and development of common prosperity based on the development process of scientific socialism theory;to explain the unity of the goal and process of realizing common prosperity,it is needed to adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts,based on the objective reality of China’s unbalanced economic development,the too large income gap between urban and rural areas,as well as the Gini coefficient reaching the warning line,to fully understand the risks and challenges of surpassing the“middle-income trap”;to construct the key path of realizing common prosperity,it is necessary to establish the ethical limits of labor,capital and power,and form a three-dimensional synergistic framework to enhance labor income,curb capital robbing and restrain power expansion.
