摘要
以炭基催化剂固废为原料,将碳酸钠助剂、薄水氧化铝黏结剂掺杂混配到固废粉体上,制备得到二次成型的固废吸附材料,通过动力管评价其对二氧化硫、硫化氢的吸附性能。评价结果表明,当薄水氧化铝添加量为50%、碳酸钠添加量为60%,100℃干燥6 h,制备的固废吸附材料对硫化氢与二氧化硫具备最佳防护效果,分别可达70 min和49 min。
Using carbon-based catalyst solid waste as raw material,the secondary molding solid waste adsorbents are preparedby mixing sodium carbonate additive and thin water alumina binder into the solid waste powder.The adsorption performance for sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide is evaluated by power tube method.The results show that the solid waste adsorbents prepared with the addition of 50%thin hydrated alumina and 60%sodium carbonate,and dried at 100℃for 6 hours presentthe best protection effect on hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide,which can reach 70 min and 49 min respectively.
