摘要
两浙盐区为中国古代传统盐区之一,在中国盐业历史发展进程中占有重要位置。中国海盐博物馆馆藏文物“纲盐执照”信息涵盖丰富,极具代表性。拟通过对该文物的深度解读,以剖析明清时期至民国初年两浙盐区盐法制度如“纲法”和“票法”的变化发展、食盐运销制度的变革、盐商特权以及盐务职官制度的变化等内容。
Zhejiang salt producution region is one of the traditional salt production regions in ancient China and played an important position in the historical development of Chinese salt industry.The cultural relic “Salt Monopoly License”collected by China Sea-salt Museum covers much information which is very representative.This paper intends to analyze the changes and development of the salt law system,such as the reform of the "Salt Monopoly Law" and the "Voucher Law",the salt transportation and marketing system,the salt merchant privileges and the salt officials system from the Ming and Qing dynasties to the early years of the Republic of China.
