摘要
为研究外源松节油和松香对红松球果害虫寄主定位的干扰作用,对黑龙江省林口县红松人工纯林进行4种不同松源的松节油以及4种松香的林间喷施试验。采用GC-MS联用技术分析并确定松节油和松香的主要成分及相对质量分数,并以不同质量分数松节油和松香喷施处理红松球果,通过调查红松球果的被害率、虫口数量、驱避率、单粒种子平均质量和种子干瘪率,分析松节油和松香对红松球果害虫的驱避效果。结果表明:4种松节油成分基本相同,质量分数最高化合物为α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯,其中罗汉松松节油和马尾松松节油α-蒎烯质量分数最高,超过80%。4种松香主要化学成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和三甲基氟硅烷,其中马尾松松香成分中α-蒎烯质量分数超过50%,其次是罗汉松松香。喷施不同松节油处理后,与对照组相比较,球果被害率均有所下降。0.2%云南松松节油驱避率最高为82.5%。通过对红松球果害虫的被害率、单粒种子平均质量和种子干瘪率进行双因素方差分析发现,球果被害率与松节油种类(A)和药剂质量分数(B)均不存在显著差异,松节油种类(A)和松节油种类×药剂质量分数(A×B)对单粒种子平均质量均有显著影响(P<0.05),松节油种类(A)、药剂质量分数(B)和松节油种类×质量分数(A×B)对种子干瘪率达到极显著影响(P<0.01)。松香种类(A)与红松球果的被害率、单粒种子平均质量和干瘪率有极显著差异(P<0.01),药剂质量分数(B)与单粒种子平均质量和种子干瘪率有极显著差异(P<0.01),与被害率没有显著的交互作用,松香剂种类(A)×药剂质量分数(B)与红松球果的被害率、单粒种子平均质量和种子干瘪率均具有显著交互作用(P<0.05)。通过估算边际平均值分析,1%马尾松松节油分别对种子单粒质量和干瘪率影响最大。2%马尾松松香对果实被害率和单粒种子平均质量影响最大,0.1%罗汉松松
In order to study the interference of exogenous turpentine and rosin on the host location of Pinus koraiensis cone pests, the experiment of spraying turpentine of four different pine sources and four kinds of rosin were carried out in the artificial pure forest of P. koraiensisin Linkou County, Heilongjiang Province. The turpentine were determined by GC-MS technology analysis. The main composition and relative content of rosin and turpentine in different concentration and spraying on the rosin processing of Korean pine cones, through investigating Korean pine cones’ murder rate, the number of population, the average rate of seed and seed dry seeds, turpentine and rosin on Korean pine cones to avoid displacement effect of pests. The four turpentine oils had the same composition, and the highest contents were α-pinene and β-pinene, among which the α-pinene content of apocyni pine turpentine and masson pine turpentine was the highest, over 80%. The four kinds of rosin mainly consist of α-pinene, β-pinene and trimethylfluorosilane. Among them, the content of α-pinene in masson pine rosin is over 50%, followed by that of rhododendron pine rosin. Compared with the control group, the damage rate of cone decreased after spraying different turpentine. The highest displacement rate of 0.2% masson pine turpentine was 81.7%. Of the Korean pine cones pest’s murder rate, average grain weight and seed dry rate two-factor variance analysis found that the cone murder rate and turpentine oil type(A) and concentration(B) there is no significant difference(P>0.05), turpentine oil type(A) and turpentine type(A×B) reagent concentration on the average grain weight had significant effect(P<0.05), Turpentine type(A), concentration(B) and turpentine type×concentration(A×B) had extremely significant effects on seed drying rate(P<0.01).
