应用木质素磺酸钙-粉煤灰对寒区碳酸盐渍土力学性能的改良 被引量:2

Applying Calcium Lignosulfonate-Fly Ash to Improve Mechanical Properties of Carbonate Stained Soil in Cold Areas

摘要 以取自哈尔滨市某地区的粉质黏土为土样,添加碳酸氢钠(占盐渍土质量比1%)制备碳酸盐渍土;按照试验设计,在碳酸盐渍土中分别添加不同质量比例的木质素磺酸钙(占盐渍土质量比例分别为0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%、3.00%、5.00%)、粉煤灰(占盐渍土质量比例分别为1.00%、3.00%、5.00%、7.00%),采用击样法制作直径39.1 mm、高80.0 mm圆柱形土工试验标准试样;将土工试样经冻融循环“-20℃冷冻(12 h)—20℃融化(12 h)”0、1、3、5、7、9、12次后,用微机控制电子式万能试验机(WDW-100E)进行无侧限抗压强度试验;分析木质素磺酸钙、粉煤灰的添,对碳酸盐渍土抗冻性、无侧限抗压强度的影响。结果表明:木质素磺酸钙能够提高碳酸盐渍土的抗冻性,其最佳添加量为占盐渍土质量比例的0.75%;粉煤灰能够提高碳酸盐渍土的无侧限抗压强度,其最佳添加量为占盐渍土质量比例的3.00%;两者按木质素磺酸钙0.75%、粉煤灰1.00%的添加量进行复合改良,能够兼顾两者单独添加时改良碳酸盐渍土时的优点。 Silty clay from a certain area of Harbin was taken as soil sample, and sodium bicarbonate(accounting for 1% of saline soil mass) was added to prepare carbonate soil. According to the experimental design, calcium lignosulfonate(0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, 1.00%, 3.00% and 5.00% of saline soil) and fly ash(1.00%, 3.00% and 7.00% of saline soil mass) were added to carbonate soil, and cylindrical geotechnical test standard specimens with a diameter of 39.1 mm and a height of 80.0 mm were prepared by sampling, and the geotechnical samples were frozen and thawed “-20 ℃ freezing(12 h)—20 ℃ thawing(12 h)”. After 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12 times, the WDW-100 universal electronic testing machine was used for unconfined compressive strength test. The effects of calcium lignosulfonate and fly ash on frost resistance and unconfined compressive strength of carbonate soils were analyzed. The results showed that calcium lignosulfonate could improve the frost resistance of carbonate soil, and the optimal addition amount was 0.75% of the mass ratio of saline soil. Fly ash can improve the unconfined compressive strength of carbonate soil, and the optimal addition amount is 3.00% of the mass proportion of saline soil. The two are compounded and improved according to the addition of calcium lignosulfonate 0.75% and fly ash 1.00%, which can take into account the advantages of improving carbonate soiling when the two are added separately.
