惠州市农业区域土壤—农产品中邻苯二甲酸酯污染特征研究 被引量:2

Pollution Characteristics of Phthalic Acid Esters in Agricultural Soils and Products of Huizhou City

摘要 为探究惠州市农业区域土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)污染水平和垂直分布特征以及在农产品中的富集情况,采用GC-FID方法检测了49个表层土壤、20个剖面土壤和22个农产品样品,分析了6种PAEs化合物含量。结果表明,表层土壤样品中∑PAEs含量为0.08~0.65 mg/kg,平均含量为0.28 mg/kg。DBP、DEP和DEHP在0~100 cm土层中均有存在,表明三者垂向迁移能力较强;农产品中∑PAEs含量为0.18~7.01 mg/kg,平均含量为1.51 mg/kg,水稻中∑PAEs的含量高于蔬菜,DBP在水稻、豆角、节瓜、丝瓜中具有较高的风险,含量高于欧美标准。土壤和农产品中PAEs均以DBP和DEHP为主。蔬菜—土壤中的∑PAEs、DEHP存在显著正相关,Pearson相关系数(r)分别为0.721(P=0.001)和0.686(P=0.002)。各类农产品可食用部位对∑PAEs的富集系数范围为0.73~10.78,除苋菜和通菜外,其他农产品的富集系数均在1.00以上。 In order to investigate and assess the pollution level and vertical distribution of pathalic acid easters(PAEs) in farm soils and their enrichment in agricultural products from typical agricultural fields in areas of Huizhou City, 49 topsoil, 20 soil profiles and 37 agricultural product samples were collected, and the contents of 6 PAE compounds were determined by GC-FID. The results indicated that the total contents of the PAEs in soils ranged from 0.08 to 0.65 mg/kg, and the mean value was 0.28 mg/kg. The contents of DBP, DEP and DEHP totally existed in 0~100 cm layer, which showed that DBP, DEP and DEHP had a strong ability of vertical migration. The total concentrations of PAEs in agricultural products ranged from 0.18 to 7.01 mg/kg, with the mean value of 1.51 mg/kg. The ∑PAEs concentrations in vegetables were higher than those in rice. DBP and DEHP were the main components of PAEs both in agricultural soils and products. Meanwhile, the DBP concentrations occurred in rice, bean,Luffa cylindrica(L.) Roem and chiehqua were higher than the suggested standards in USA and Europe, with high health risk. The ∑PAEs and DEHP contents in various vegetables and soils revealed significant positive correlation. The Pearson coefficients(r) were 0.721(P=0.001) and 0.686(P=0.002), respectively. The bioaccumulation factors of PAEs in rice and vegetables were 0.73~10.78. The ∑PAEs bioaccumulation factors for other edible parts of agricultural products were all above 1.00 except Amaranthus mangostanus and Ipomoea aquatica.
