摘要
针对自动化立体仓库货位分配问题,综合考虑入库效率和货架稳定性建立多目标优化模型,基于遗传算法进行实例求解并利用Flexsim建模验证了模型的有效性,结果表明,该货位优化方案极大地提高了入库效率和货架稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of storage space allocation in automated three-dimensional warehouses, we established a multiobjective optimization model considering inbound efficiency and shelf stability, solved it using genetic algorithm in connection with an empirical case and proved the validity of the model through Flexsim modeling, which showed that the storage space optimization model could greatly improve storage efficiency and shelf stability.
