摘要
永磁同步电动机具有动态性能好、结构简单和效率高等优点。目前永磁同步电动机伺服系统的控制方法主要是矢量控制,控制参数由电机的数学模型计算得到。但在电机运行过程中,由于磁场饱和、温度等不确定性因素的影响,电机定子电感、电阻和永磁体磁链等参数会发生变化,准确动态数学模型必须实时获取准确电机参数,从而确保控制系统PI参数、无速度观测器观测速度与转子角的准确,因此实时准确地获取电机的参数至关重要。以表贴式永磁同步电机为研究对象,在矢量控制系统的基础上,采用模型参考自适应控制系统(MRAS)在线辨识电机参数,并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证其有效性。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of good dynamic performance,simple structure and high efficiency.At present,the main control method of PMSM servo system is vector control,and the control parameters are calculated by the mathematical model of the motor.But in the process of motor operation,due to the influence of magnetic field saturation,temperature and other uncertain factors,the parameters of stator inductance,resistance and permanent magnet flux will change.Accurate dynamic mathematical model must obtain accurate motor parameters in real time,so as to ensure the accuracy of PI parameters of control system,observation speed of speed-free observer and rotor angle.Therefore,it is very important to obtain the parameters of the motor in real time and accurately.In this study,the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object.Based on the vector control system,the model reference adaptive control system(MRAS)is used to identify the motor parameters online,and its effectiveness is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
