摘要
小型化高功率多注速调管是医疗和工业辐照用电子直线加速器理想功率源。本文简要介绍了一种X波段3 MW小型化高功率多注速调管,为了实现器件高功率和小型化性能,采用了横向耦合同轴谐振腔、均匀永磁聚焦系统、半波长盒形输能窗等技术,器件测试结果表明,峰值输出功率大于3.4 MW,平均功率大于10.2 kW,重量小于45 kg。
Miniaturized high-power multi beam klystrons are ideal power sources for electron LINAC for medical and industrial irradiation. A miniaturized 3 MW X-band high-power multi-beam klystron developed by Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute is introduced briefly. In order to achieve high power and miniaturization, technologies such as transverse coupled coaxial cavities, uniform permanent magnet system, half wavelength box shaped energy transmission window are used. The test shows that the peak output power of the klystron is greater than 3.4 MW, the average power is greater than 10.2 kW, while the weight is less than 45 kg.
