摘要
目的 探讨通心络胶囊联合替罗非班治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取2019年1月—2021年1月杞县中医院收治的100例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上服用通心络胶囊治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。比较2组患者治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为90%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、Hcy、IL-6、MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、Hcy、IL-6、MMP-9水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通心络胶囊联合替罗非班治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著,能改善患者血脂水平,减轻患者组织炎症反应,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with tirofiban on unstable angina pectoris, so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to Qixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were assigned to the control group and observation group by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional therapy, and the patients in the observation group Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect was compared between the 2 groups. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and homocysteine(Hcy) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%, P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP, Hcy, IL-6, and MMP-9 levels between the 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP, Hcy, IL-6, and MMP-9 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, with the observation group lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with tirofiban has significant clinical effects in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. It can enhance the blood lipid level, reduce the tissue inflammatory response and improve the therapeutic effect. These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this technique in clinical practice.
