摘要
在企业绿色转型发展的要求下,为满足客户定制化需求,企业必须采取双元绿色创新策略(开发式和探索式)以获取各种应用场景的绿色订单.但企业进行双元绿色创新的内外部驱动机制尚不明确,如何激发企业主动进行绿色创新仍旧是理论研究和实践环节中需要重点关注的问题.基于制度理论和资源基础理论,构建了相应的结构方程模型,采用问卷调研的方式对173份制造业企业的数据进行实证分析.研究结果证明,制度压力(规制压力、规范压力)对双元绿色创新有显著的正向影响;绿色组织文化对双元绿色创新也有正向的促进作用;但是制度压力和绿色组织文化的交互作用反而会对开发式绿色创新产生不利影响.最后,结合研究结果提出了管理启示.
Under the requirements of green transformation and development of enterprises,enterprises must adopt ambidextrous green innovation strategies(exploratory and exploitative)to obtain the green orders in various application scenarios in order to meet customization needs of customer. However,the internal and external driving mechanisms of ambidextrous green innovation are still unclear,and how to stimulate enterprises to proactively implement green innovation is still the focus in the theoretical research and practice. Therefore,based on the institutional theory and resource-based theory,this paper constructs the corresponding structural equation model,and empirically analyzes the data from 173 manufacturing enterprises by questionnaire survey. The results show that:(1)Institutional pressures(regulatory pressures,normative pressures)have a significant positive influence on ambidextrous green innovations;(2)Green organizational culture also has a positive role in promoting ambidextrous green innovation;(3)The interaction between green organizational culture and institutional pressures negatively affects exploitative green innovation. Finally,combined with the research results,management implications are proposed.
