摘要
目的研究氩气刀联合腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术治疗肝囊肿患者的临床效果。方法60例肝囊肿患者,根据手术方式不同分为研究组(20例)和普通组(40例)。普通组患者给予常规腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术治疗,研究组患者给予氩气刀联合腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术治疗。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况,术后复发情况,住院时间,引流管留置时间,手术时间。结果研究组患者并发症发生率5.00%低于普通组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后复发率10.00%低于普通组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者住院时间(2.60±0.21)d短于普通组的(4.12±0.26)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者引流管留置时间(33.41±8.18)h短于普通组的(57.31±6.44)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术时间(48.10±2.84)min长于普通组的(64.05±2.55)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝囊肿患者行腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术联合氩气刀治疗安全有效,可减少术后疾病复发几率,缩短患者住院时间,提高医院治疗效率,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of argon knife combined with laparoscopic fenestration in the treatment of hepatic cyst.Methods A total of 60 patients with hepatic cysts were divided into research group(20 cases)and general group(40 cases)according to different surgical methods.Patients in the general group were treated with conventional laparoscopic fenestration of hepatic cysts,and patients in the research group were treated with argon knife combined with laparoscopic fenestration of hepatic cysts.The incidence of complications,postoperative recurrence,hospital stay,drainage tube indwelling time,and operation time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications 5.00%in the research group was lower than 27.50%in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate 10.00%of the research group was lower than 35.00%of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay(2.60±0.21)d in the research group was shorter than(4.12±0.26)d in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drainage tube indwelling time(33.41±8.18)h in the research group was shorter than(57.31±6.44)h in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(64.05±2.55)min in the research group was longer than(48.10±2.84)min in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic fenestration combined with argon knife is safe and effective on patients with hepatic cyst,and can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,shorten hospital stay,and improve the hospital treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
