广翅蜡蝉科与其蜘蛛类天敌空间格局动态分析

摘要 【目的】分析不同聚块条件下,广翅蜡蝉与天敌空间跟随关系的密切程度、聚集原因和个体群聚集范围,为评价广翅蜡蝉的天敌优势种及确定最佳抽样样方面积提供科学依据。【方法】2021年6月20日-9月17日对安徽合肥农抗早、龙井43、平阳特早3个茶园广翅蜡蝉及其主要天敌种群数量进行调查。运用聚块样方方差分析法、灰色关联度法、种群聚集均数法和ρ指数法对3个茶园不同聚块条件下的广翅蜡蝉及其8种蜘蛛类天敌空间动态进行分析,并对广翅蜡蝉与其8种蜘蛛类天敌在均方差峰值时的聚块内基本样方数进行灰色关联度分析。【结果】与广翅蜡蝉空间关系密切的前4位天敌依次是黑色跳蛛、草间小黑蛛、八点球腹蛛和斑管巢蛛;种群聚集均数λ的绝对值随着聚块内基本样方数增加而不断增大,广翅蜡蝉数量多时,在相应时间的种群聚集均数λ绝大多数大于2,其聚集是该虫自身原因引起的。农抗早和龙井43茶园广翅蜡蝉个体群聚集的最小范围是2个基本样方,即4 m^(2);平阳特早茶园个体群聚集的最小范围是1个基本样方,即2 m^(2)。【结论】与广翅蜡蝉空间关系密切的前4位天敌依次是黑色跳蛛、草间小黑蛛、八点球腹蛛和斑管巢蛛;农抗早、龙井43和平阳特早茶园广翅蜡蝉个体群聚集的最小范围分别为4,4和2 m^(2)。 【Objective】This study analyzed spatial closeness,gathering reasons and aggregation ranges among Ricanidae and its natural enemies under different block sizes to provide basis for analyzing the dominant species and optimal sample size.【Method】From June 20 to September 17 in 2021,the populations of Ricanidae and their main natural enemies were surveyed in three tea plantations in Hefei,Anhui,including Nongkangzao,Longjing 43 and Pingyangtezao.The spatial dynamics of Ricanidae and their eight spider na-tural enemies under different block sizes were analyzed using the block quadrat variance analysis,gray correlation,population aggregation mean andρindex methods.The number of basic samples within a block of Ricanidae and their spider natural enemies at peak standard deviation was also analyzed using gray correlation analysis.【Result】The top 4 enemies with close spatial relationship with Ricanidae were Plexippus paykulli,Erigonidium graminicolum,Theridion octomaculatum and Clubiona reichlini Schenkel.The absolute value ofλincreased as the increase of sample number.The quantity of Ricanidae peaked whenλwas larger than 2 and the aggregation was caused by itself.The smallest range in Nongkangzao and Longjing 43 included 2 basic samples with area of 4 m^(2).The smallest range in Pingyangtezao included 1 basic sample with area of 2 m^(2).【Conclusion】The top 4 enemies with close spatial relationship with Ricanidae were Plexippus paykulli,Erigonidium graminicolum,Theridion octomaculatum and Clubiona reichlini Schenkel.The smallest aggregation scales in Nongkangzao,Longjing 43 and Pingyangtezao were 4,4 and 2 m^(2),respectively.
