摘要
目的:探讨精细化管理对手术室护理质量及手术效率的影响。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月在中山市人民医院手术室进行普外科手术的150例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各75例。对照组实施常规手术室管理,观察组实施精细化管理。比较两组手术室护理质量评分、手术效率、护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组手术环境、护理配合、器械管理、护理记录、卫生消毒、工作态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一台手术等待时间、连台手术间隔时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理对手术室护理质量及手术效率有积极影响,能提高整体管理水平,提升护理人员的工作质量,提高护理满意度,值得在临床使用并予以推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of fine management on the nursing quality and surgical efficiency in operating room.Methods:A total of 150 patients who underwent general surgery in the operating room of Zhongshan People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room management,and the observation group received fine management.The operating room nursing quality score,surgical efficiency,incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of operating environment,nursing cooperation,instrument management,nursing records,sanitation and disinfection,and working attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The waiting time for the first operation and the interval time between successive operations in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine management has a positive impact on the quality of nursing and surgical efficiency in the operating room.It improves the overall management level,increases the work quality of nurses,and improves the satisfaction of nursing.It has clinical application and promotion value.
