摘要
目的:探讨在新生儿机械通气治疗中应用密闭式吸痰的效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月实施机械通气治疗的新生儿70例,其中贵州航天医院21例,其他医院49例,以随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各35例。试验组实施密闭式吸痰,对照组实施开放式吸痰。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组心率、平均动脉压低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,机械通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿机械通气治疗中应用密闭式吸痰,可改善患儿生命体征,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,缩短机械通气时间,值得临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of closed sputum suction in neonatal mechanical ventilation treatment.Methods:A total of 70 neonates undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,including 21 cases in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital and 49 cases in other hospitals,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The experimental group implemented closed sputum suction,and the control group implemented open sputum suction.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the difference in heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the mechanical ventilation time was shorter than that that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of closed sputum suction in neonatal mechanical ventilation treatment can improve the vital signs of the child,reduce the incidence of ventilator-related pneumonia,and shorten the mechanical ventilation time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
