摘要
多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是浆细胞恶性增殖性疾病, 该病的治疗主要以化疗和自体造血干细胞移植(auto-HSCT)为主, 但是仍存在易复发及耐药的问题, 导致患者疗效不佳, 因此现有的治疗手段仍有待进一步改善。外泌体是细胞分泌的微小囊泡。近年越来越多的研究发现, 外泌体可影响MM的发生、发展。因此, 外泌体应用于MM诊疗的研究亦成为该领域的研究热点, 并取得一定进展。为了进一步认识MM中外泌体的作用, 笔者拟就外泌体的分离与鉴定、在MM中的作用机制, 对MM诊断、治疗、耐药的最新研究进展进行综述。
Multiple myeloma(MM)is a malignant proliferative disease of plasma cells.Chemotherapy and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(auto-HSCT)are main treatment methods for MM.However,these methods still have problems like relapsing and drug resistance,resulting in poor response of treatment.Therefore,its existing treatments still need further improvements.Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by living cells.In recent years,more and more studies have found that exosomes affect occurrence and progression of MM.And thus,applications of exosomes in diagnosis and treatment of MM are also considered as focuses of relevant research,and some progress have been made.In order to further understand roles of exosomes in MM,this article reviews the latest research progress of isolation,identification,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,drug resistance of exosomes in MM.
