摘要
新时代坚定创新自信对于实现科技自立自强、建设世界科技强国具有重要意义。创新自信根植于悠久灿烂的中华科技文明,立足于党领导科技事业的伟大实践,来源于新时代科技创新的伟大成就,孕育于历久弥新的伟大科学精神,与道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信相融相通,具有清晰的生成逻辑。践行创新自信要在理论自信中以中国化马克思主义科技思想为指导,在道路自信中坚定不移走中国特色自主创新道路,在制度自信中完善中国特色科技治理体系,在文化自信中培育中国特色创新文化。
Strengthening innovation and self-confidence in the new era is of great significance for realizing scientific and technological self-reliance and building a world scientific and technological power.Innovation selfconfidence is rooted in the long and splendid Chinese scientific and technological civilization,based on the great practice of the Party's leadership in science and technology,derived from the great achievements of scientific and technological innovation in the new era,and bred in the great scientific spirit of timeless innovation.It is interlinked with road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural selfconfidence,and has a clear generation logic.To practice innovative self-confidence,we should take the Chinese Marxist scientific and technological thought as the guide in theoretical self-confidence,unswervingly follow the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics in road self-confidence,improve the scientific and technological governance system with Chinese characteristics in institutional self-confidence,and cultivate innovative culture with Chinese characteristics in cultural self-confidence.
