摘要
目的:探讨骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术对创伤性骨折患者的疗效。方法:选择闭合性桡骨远端骨折92例,时间2020年6月-2021年6月,随机分为2组,两组均行外固定支架术治疗,观察组再行骨创伤治疗仪治疗。比较两组骨痂形成、骨折愈合时间、VAS分值以及血清生化指标含量。结果:观察组骨痂形成、骨折愈合时间和VAS分值低于对照组(P<0.05);血清生化指标含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术有助于创伤性骨折患者的骨痂形成和骨折愈合,减轻术后疼痛并促进破骨细胞分化。
Objective:To explore the effect of bone trauma therapy instrument assisted external fixation on traumatic fracture patients.Methods:A total of 92 cases of closed distal radius fractures were selected,from June 2020 to June 2021,and were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with external fixation stents,and the observation group was treated with bone trauma therapeutic apparatus.The callus formation,fracture healing time,VAS score and serum biochemical index contents were compared between the two groups.Results:The callus formation,fracture healing time and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum biochemical index contents were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone trauma therapy instrument-assisted external fixation can help callus formation and fracture healing in patients with traumatic fractures,relieve postoperative pain and promote osteoclast differentiation.
